Loraine was called to the Bar of England and Wales at The Honourable Society of Middle Temple. Prior to that she, obtained her Honours LL.B degree at the Faculty of Law, University of Sheffield, in the UK. As a post graduate she went on to study Banking and Finance.
She has had extensive experience working for both UK and US magic circle law firms in London. In addition, she has had experience in both retail and investment banks in Nigeria, where she headed various departments. She was later appointed a director in an investment bank here in Nigeria.
She is also experienced in handling matters relating to company administration, shareholders and corporate governance matters in both off-shore and domestic companies.
She is very passionate about business development and client relationship management, with strong persuasive, negotiation and interpersonal skills. She also has excellent oral and written communication skills.
